General Duties Summary:

The Project Administrative Assistant will perform general clerical duties as necessary to facilitate project success including:

Inspection data entry, productivity / cost reporting, and other duties as requested.

Document Control isometric / equipment drawing processing/tracking and traceability, and coordination of documentation transfer to Total,

Time keeping and processing of time sheet between the Total project representative and ReCon home office,

Assist API Supervisor with productivity tracking and timely progress reporting to Total,

Assist with maintaining equipment and supplies, i.e., UT Thickness meters,

Assist with requisitioning of project supplies,

Other duties as necessary to assist API Supervisor, CAD Draftsman, and PCMS data compilation efforts so as to increase project productivity and keep inspection and NDT personnel focused on field efforts.

Required Experience / Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required,

Must have similar experience with this type of project as well as knowledge of drawings associated with a petrochemical plant, i.e., P & IDs, equipment, piping, etc.,

Experience working with spread sheets containing project inspection data,

Functional computer experience with MS Office, i.e., Excel,

Basic knowledge of PCMS or other Inspection Data Management System is a plus.
