Health and safety have always been a major part of ReCon's culture.  ReCon continues to implement programs directed at the wellness and accident prevention for its employees.

Our
purpose
is to create and maintain a safe and healthy environment that will reduce the number of injuries and illnesses to an absolute minimum for all ReCon employees.

Safety is a condition of employment at ReCon. People are the most essential element of the safety program. Concerned, involved, and trained employees are the Company's greatest resource. The real benefit of our safety program is sending employees home from work everyday as healthy as when they arrived.
 
Our goal is to keep safety incidents to zero by preventing even one accident from occurring. We put the personal health and safety of our employees first - wherever they are.
