ReCon’s Commercial group supports clients in design and layout by providing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural components of Architecture. ReCon has designed and built many outstanding buildings that reflect a unique design vision and craft. We strive to create powerful and clear design solutions individual to each project. ReCon has experienced, talented, and creative professionals capable of meeting all the demands of a project.

ReCon provides designs that utilize Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™. This encourages and accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through the creation and implementation of universally understood and accepted tools and performance criteria.

ReCon also has participated in design of ENERGY STAR qualified facilities. These meet strict energy performance standards set by EPA and uses less energy, is less expensive to operate, and causes fewer greenhouse emissions.
