ReCon can execute power plant projects including engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance (EPCM) projects. ReCon provides a full range of integrated services including consulting and design-build of new facilities as well as retrofit and plant-betterment services. To meet global demand for power, ReCon provides EPCM and plant betterment services for power plants using coal, gas, oil, and renewable sources of energy.

ReCon provides, through one of its partners, turnkey projects to commercialize and operate renewable energy free-flow hydro turbine technology.
